How can I obtain the scholarship application form to submit my request for financial assistance offered by

The scholarship applications are mailed to every Senior High School principal
in Baltimore.

What are the basic criteria to apply for the scholarship?
A.
The basic criteria are that the applicant must
have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, a senior attending a High School in Baltimore, and have pre-registered at a 4 year college/university.

I have to apply each year during my 4 years at my college or university?
A.
Once a recipient has been selected to receive the scholarship
award, they need not reapply. They must, however, maintain a GPA 3.0 or better and continue their educational achievements by
attending a 4 year college/university program.
