The Continental Memorial Award was previously known as the Helen O. Gattis Award in memory of one of the founders of the Baltimore CSI Chapter.  Each year at our annual Christmas Gala this award is presented to individuals or an organization whose programs and services have benefited children with special needs.

Baltimore Continental & Eastern Regional Director Gwendolyn Lindsay submitted JoeAnn Oatis as nominee for the Memorial Award.
